POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting at F3 Technologies, partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to identify, engage, and hire field service technicians and corporate talent across the US and Canada. This role is critical to building the workforce that delivers exceptional service to our partners and reflects our commitment to Focus on People.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates through HRIS ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels for open positions across the US and Canada. Review applications, conduct camera-on video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with The F3 Standard. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, status updates, and communication notes throughout the hiring process. Provide a professional and welcoming candidate experience, including timely follow-up and clear, friendly communication at every stage. Assist with job posting creation, sponsored postings on Indeed, background check coordination, and pre-employment documentation in partnership with the HR team. Other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree, preferred 6 months to 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, or a related coordination role Proficiency with Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
Preferred:
Prior experience using an ATS (Paycom, ADP, UKG, or similar) Familiarity with high-volume hourly or field-based recruiting Bilingual skills (Spanish, French, or Mandarin) are a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is an in-person role with the ability to work remotely on an ad hoc basis. Must have a dedicated, quiet working environment and high speed internet for any remote work days. Occasional travel may be required for company events or team meetings. Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility to accommodate candidate schedules across multiple time zones. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer.
