Your Impact:
Baxter and Woodman, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in our Bannockburn, Crystal Lake, or Naperville, IL offices. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across theanization. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and external partners to ensure a seamless hiring process and a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. What your day-to-day will look like: Manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process. Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Sources candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, andmunity partnerships. Uses the applicant tracking system (ATS) to identify and engage passive candidates for open roles. Conducts initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Coordinates interview scheduling, hiring teammunication, and candidate follow-up to ensure a smooth process. Maintains accurate andpliant candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Builds and maintains talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Collaborates with external staffing agencies and recruitment vendors as needed. Supports the offer process by preparing offer letters andmunicatingpensation, benefits, and employment terms. Coordinates pre-employment screenings, including background checks. Ensures recruiting practicesply with federal and state employment laws, including EEO and affirmative action requirements. Assists with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and attract high-quality candidates. Provides data and insights on recruiting metrics, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Supports HR projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Behavior Sciences. Must-haves, what you will bring: 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience. Ability to travel to Baxter & Woodman's regional office locations required (own transportation). Excellentputer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective oral and writtenmunication skills. Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. Ability to work independently or with a team. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

The pay range for this role is $57,000-$70,000. Actualpensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. You matter!
