Full Job Description Talent Acquisition Specialist Dalio Family Office Overview:
The Dalio Family Office (DFO) supports Barbara and Ray Dalio and their family in their ventures, investments, and philanthropic efforts under Dalio Philanthropies, which includes OceanX, Dalio Education, Endless Network, and the Beijing Dalio Foundation. The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high‑touch candidate and new‑hire experience from first interaction through onboarding. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role serves as an operational backbone of the recruiting process - supporting scheduling, maintaining real‑time accuracy across recruiting systems, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring teams. You'll also play a key role in managing external recruiting partners, guiding agencies through vetting, NDAs, and initial fee discussions. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in operational excellence, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring teams from search launch onward, translating priorities into clear scheduling action plans and meeting SLAs with precision Maintain accurate, real‑time candidate progress in the ATS to support search momentum and visibility End-to-end scheduling for candidate interviews, delivering a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience and ensuring candidate's have an early understanding of the company's culture and values Act as a central point of coordination between candidates and hiring teams, proactively resolving conflicts and communicating changes Identify and escalate risks that could impact candidate engagement or search progress Support the onboarding and vetting of external search partners, including NDA coordination and initial contract and fee discussions Coordinate in‑person interview logistics, including conference room bookings, to support meaningful relationship‑building Operate the new‑hire onboarding experience, including welcome communications, orientation scheduling, and on‑site support such as tours Additional duties as across the Talent Acquisition function as business needs evolve The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, attributes, and values: High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to synthesize information quickly and provide clear, actionable insights Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Trusted, reliable, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy Strategic thinker with strong operational follow-through Naturally curious with a bias toward action Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Approximately three years' experience in an external facing role that required high volume scheduling Experience managing processes and projects with multiple stakeholders Excellent time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to take accurate notes for tracking and follow-up Strong sense of accountability, while maintaining autonomy over business directives Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a Human Resources or Recruitment oriented role Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and/or new employee hire experience Travel may be required dependent upon business needs
Compensation:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $95,000 -$130,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.
