Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure alignment on hiring needs
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Maintain ATS data, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience Qualifications for the

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
