About Our Client:
Our client is a rapidly growing company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The individual will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of roles, particularly in the data center business, supporting multiple states. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high-energy team that fosters strong relationships with hiring managers and recruits diverse talent.
Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work directly with business groups to support staffing needs and recruit for a wide range of positions. You will serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers, manage recruitment strategies, and ensure that staffing goals are met while promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison for assigned business groups, managing staffing relationships and needs. Develop and update staffing priorities in collaboration with hiring managers. Conduct weekly meetings with business groups to review staffing reports and progress. Source and recruit candidates for a variety of roles across multiple states, ranging from entry-level to leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the business group, gaining deep knowledge of their positions and requirements. Drive diversity in recruitment efforts to meet workforce composition goals. Collaborate with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies and manage the offer process. Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including direct recruiting, career fairs, and digital recruiting. Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a recruiter. Must possess recruiting experience within Construction industry.
Additional Details:
The role is contract-based. 6+ months on contract. Could extend. Expected to manage 10-15 requisitions at a time.

3 days in-office, flexible on the days.
