Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the continued growth of a fast-paced real estate and land investment company. This hybrid, fractional role is designed for an independent contractor willing to work part-time or as needed. It is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and has experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring high-performing sales professionals and operational talent. This individual will primarily focus on recruiting for key growth roles in the inside sales and marketing space, while also supporting recruiting efforts for transaction coordination, operations, and administrative positions as needed. The ideal candidate understands how to identify top sales talent, evaluate culture fit, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process in a fast-moving environment. Experience in real estate, investment sales, high-volume recruiting, or transaction-focused HR support is strongly preferred. This role will partner closely with leadership to improve hiring processes, strengthen talent pipelines, and support workforce growth initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruiting Lead recruiting efforts for inside sales, sales leadership, marketing, and operational positions Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, recruiting platforms, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate communication skills, sales ability, professionalism, and culture fit Coordinate interviews with leadership and hiring managers Assist leadership with hiring recommendations and candidate assessments Maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Improve recruiting workflows, hiring speed, and candidate experience Primary focus on hiring: Land Acquisition Managers (Inside Sales) Sales & Marketing Managers Sales Recruiting & Talent Evaluation Identify high-performing sales professionals using strong phone, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Evaluate candidates for coachability, accountability, competitiveness, and alignment with company culture Assist with sales hiring scorecards, interview frameworks, and recruiting metrics Support recruitment strategies designed to improve retention and long-term employee success HR & Transaction Support Assist with onboarding coordination for W2 employees and 1099 contractors Support offer letters, hiring documentation, and employment record organization Coordinate pre-employment processes and hiring logistics Assist with transaction-oriented HR processes including: Contractor onboarding and offboarding Commission and compensation documentation Hiring compliance documentation Employment status tracking Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement Maintain and update job descriptions and recruiting materials Track recruiting KPIs including applicant flow, time-to-fill, and hiring conversion metrics Recommend process improvements to support scalable hiring Help implement recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate tracking processes Support workforce planning initiatives alongside leadership Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Represent the company professionally throughout the hiring process Help strengthen recruiting messaging and employer branding initiatives Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive interview experience Support recruiting content and hiring campaigns as needed QualificationsRequired 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting for sales-focused positions Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills Ability to identify top-performing candidates in fast-paced environments Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace Preferred Experience recruiting within real estate, land investing, mortgage, construction, property management, or related industries Experience recruiting inside sales or high-volume phone sales professionals Experience recruiting leadership or management-level positions HR operations or transaction coordination experience Experience recruiting for both W2 employee and 1099 contractor workers Familiar with local talent and established network within the industry Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring process optimization Experience working in entrepreneurial or rapidly growing companies Work Schedule Hybrid work arrangement with stronger onsite presence for interviewing local candidates Part-time or as needed for active recruiting Compensation Competitive hourly or monthly retainer compensation based on experience Expected pay range: $25 - $35//hour Potential for long-term partnership growth Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, organized, and highly responsive.
