Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Strategist will be responsible for the sourcing and full cycle recruiting for corporate positions. Build pipelines for hard-to fill, critical positions as well as keeping D&H on the cutting edge of recruiting using online tools and establishing relationships with source schools, and any other opportunities that may exist for us to find the best talent for D&H.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle recruiting for all Corporate positions. Establish strong positive relationships with hiring managers. Learn and understand the positions and talent within D&H. Maintain recruiting database and spreadsheets and be able to analyze this information to make decisions to improve recruiting process. Use creative, passive, and direct sourcing techniques such as networking, relationship building, referral inquiries, candidate pipelining, database mining, internet searching, and cold calling. Establish relationships with schools, businesses and recruiters to put D&H at the forefront for skilled potential talent.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements Must have knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs, policies, and procedures as well as other pertinent HR law and regulations. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and handle multiple competing tasks and demand. Maintain a high degree of professionalism and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to read, write, and speak English with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
Requirements:
Education Bachelor's degree preferred Experience 3+ years in a corporate recruiting role filling a variety of positions. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
