Sparks Group is partnering with a leading, high-growth technology company to identify a Technical Recruiter.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative recruiting function supporting innovative software and cloud-based product development. The Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of mid-level technical roles, including software engineers, cloud engineers, and other technical professionals. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition intake through offer negotiation and acceptance Partner with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for mid-level technical positions Maintain an average requisition load of up to 10 roles at a time (may fluctuate) Collaborate with the broader recruiting team while focusing specifically on mid-level technical hiring Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR Business Partners Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Navigate and adapt to evolving processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Qualifications/Background Profile:
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles Proven experience recruiting for software, cloud, or engineering positions Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment (agency background combined with corporate experience is acceptable) Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments - This job is Hybrid Remote.
