This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands the creative, technical, and product functions that bring apparel to market — from initial concept and design through development, sourcing, and commercialization. The Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, helping to attract and secure top talent across a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment across Product Design, Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Technical Design roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close Partner closely with Design, Product, and Planning leadership to understand organizational structure, seasonal business needs, technical skill requirements, and long-term talent strategy Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent across creative, technical, and product-focused disciplines within the apparel and retail market Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience, particularly for senior-level and highly competitive creative talent Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners by providing market insights, talent calibration, and ongoing search updates Leverage recruiting data, industry knowledge, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring decisions, compensation alignment, and talent strategy Drive continuous improvement across recruiting processes, workflows, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong attention to detail, urgency, and quality of hire
Requirements:
Qualifications 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Product Design, Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Planning, or Technical Design functions Proven experience recruiting within apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products organizations; agency recruiting experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of creative and product-related roles and how they intersect with sourcing, development, production, and commercialization Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Strong sourcing and networking capabilities, with experience identifying and engaging passive talent Data-driven mindset with strong command of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder partnership skills Bachelor's degree preferred HYBRID SCHEDULE
4 days a week in the NJ office, 1 day work from home PAY RATE
