Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Recruiter / Placement Specialist to join our talent acquisition team and help grow our business! This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates across various industries and roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. As a key contributor to our organization, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, relationship management and business development to ensure we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively and increase our client base.
Work Location:
In person Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary roles, from sourcing and onboarding to workforce planning and fulfillment Manage client relationships by serving as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Business Development activity to attract and secure new business by leveraging strong communication, negotiation, and strategic skills to generate leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. Duties Serve as primary client and associate contact, addressing staffing needs, performance, attendance, payroll, and HR issues Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HR partners, hiring managers, and onsite associates Deliver high-touch, responsive service while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety standards Coordinate orientations, timekeeping, payroll processes, reporting, and on-call support as needed Identify and develop new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and client meetings Partner with recruiting teams to deliver timely staffing solutions and support contract negotiations Track sales activity, complete reporting, and support recruitment and business development events Qualifications Experience in staffing, recruiting, talent Acquisition, business development and human resources Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities High sense of urgency and commitment to service excellence Familiarity with payroll systems and workforce management tools a plus Customer service mindset Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Interested?
