  • Position Overview:
  • Adecco is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven
  • Branch Recruiter
  • to join our team in West Columbia, SC. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for client job orders while ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best practices. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful work.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Execute full-cycle recruiting for client job openings + Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications + Verify references and match candidates to client requirements + Facilitate onboarding and ensure compliance with hiring processes + Communicate start details and maintain engagement with new hires + Build and maintain strong relationships with associates to support retention and performance + Partner with clients and internal teams to meet hiring goals + Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to associates + Serve as a candidate advocate and assist with issue resolution + Identify and implement recruiting strategies based on market needs •
Qualifications:
  • + Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment + Recruiting or staffing experience preferred + Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills + Ability to handle problem resolution in a calm and professional manner + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Comfortable learning new systems and navigating multiple platforms + Strong relationship-building and customer-focused mindset •

  • $22.
