Manage and oversee the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and extending job offers. Review and evaluate applicants to ensure experience, education, and certifications meet role requirements. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration. Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business needs. Contract Clinical Recruiter:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical recruiting experience (e.g., NP, RN, LPN, MSW, care management, or similar healthcare roles). Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a healthcare environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
