Temporary recruiters are needed for the following territories: 1. Scott/Campbell 2. Cumberland/Fentress 3. Loudon/Knox 4. Anderson County/an Job Duties 1.
Outreach Activities:
Participating in college recruiting activities, including college fairs andmunity outreach events. 2.
Campus Tours and Presentations:
Assisting with college fairs, visiting schools, and conducting campus tours. Deliver group presentations to showcase the college's programs and services. 3.
Student Engagement:
Engaging with students in local high schools, adult learners, and the broadermunity. Excellent interpersonal and group presentation skills are essential. 4.
Understanding College Offerings:
Demonstrating expert kledge of the college's programs, certificates, and degrees. Recruiters should be well-versed inmunity college services related to careers and transfer options. 5.
Administrative Tasks:
Managing administrative tasks such as making calls to prospective students, managing student enrollment inbox for general inquiries and typical day to day tasks. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma with valid driver's license/reliable transportation. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend events and meet prospective students. Kledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strongmunication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and databases for tracking recruitment efforts.
