Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our team onsite in Johnson City, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools. Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments. Match qualified candidates to client job openings. Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employment paperwork. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees. Follow up with placed employees and clients to ensure satisfaction. Meet recruiting, placement, and retention goals. Participate in community networking and recruiting events. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, HR, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism and customer service. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
