Job Description

Job Summary The Amada Senior Care Floater is responsible for covering multiple office positions. A critical component of this role is to demonstrate the agency's culture of compassion, accountability, and results by displaying the highest standards of integrity, superb follow-through, consistency, first-rate customer service, and exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities Cross-Train on the different jobs within the office including Scheduler, Recruiter, HR functions, Clinical Training. Caregiving as needed Stay on top of references, background checks, and communicating with the in office team. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, preform phone screenings and conduct face-to-face interviews. Ensure all screenings, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations of Tennessee. Coordinate with Scheduler and provide all new hire information and availability. Responsible for Caregiver Retention and Recognition through acknowledgement and incentive programs. Update daily recruiting intake log Coordinate and communicate daily with Office Supervisor regarding performance evaluations. Make orientation packets and maintain sufficient supply of applications, Intake Forms and Interview Questions. Attend weekly Staff Meetings. Provide weekly KPI's to present at staff meeting with interviews/hires for the week. Skills Have a High School Diploma Recruiting experience is preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable making decisions independently Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Solid understanding of Tennessee employment laws and regulations Familiar with wide variety of sourcing avenues
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
