Recruiter & Care Professional Experience Coordinator Home Instead | Lebanon, TN At Home Instead, our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families while expanding the world's capacity to care. We believe great care begins with great people, which is why we are looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Recruiter to help us attract, develop, and retain exceptional Care Professionals. This is more than a recruiting role. You will play a key part in shaping the experience of our Care Professionals from their first interaction with Home Instead through their ongoing growth and success. If you are energized by building relationships, developing people, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Recruit top Care Professional talent through online sourcing, community networking, referrals, events, and local partnerships Respond promptly and professionally to all employment inquiries Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Complete reference checks, background screenings, drug screens, and onboarding requirements Maintain employment records and applicant tracking systems Develop engagement and retention strategies for Care Professionals Conduct annual reviews, coaching conversations, and performance follow-up Partner closely with Scheduling and Client Care teams to create high-quality client and caregiver matches Monitor key workforce metrics including utilization, retention, and turnover Help plan and execute caregiver meetings, recognition programs, and team events Build relationships throughout the community to strengthen recruiting efforts Support a positive, mission-focused culture that reflects Home Instead's values What We're Looking For Associate's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Sales-minded with a sense of urgency and accountability Comfortable networking and representing Home Instead in the community Passion for serving others and helping people succeed Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Referral Program Employee Discounts Why Home Instead?
