Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join a growing team in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position will play a central role in attracting talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and creating a strong experience from first contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and prospective employees in an onsite environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from role kickoff discussions through offer coordination and new employee start activities.
  • Identify suitable talent using online sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Review applications, connect with prospective candidates, and arrange interviews in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Keep candidate records, hiring activity, and requisition details current within the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks to help ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to employee integration.
  • Conduct and coordinate new employee orientation sessions to support a successful first-day experience.
  • Strengthen employer branding efforts by contributing to and managing recruiting-focused social media activity.
  • Attend recruitment events and career fairs to promote opportunities and engage with potential applicants.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future staffing needs.
