Your expertise in HR sourcing, technical recruiting, and relationship management will be vital in attracting high-caliber candidates who align with our company values. Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through social media management, cold calling, and research. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with educational institutions and generate a pipeline of emerging talent. Lead executive recruiting efforts for senior roles by leveraging your expertise in employment & labor law and contracts to ensure compliance and professionalism throughout the process. Maintain accurate records of candidate activity. Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication skills, relationship management, and timely feedback. Experience Proven experience in recruiting or with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required; ability to conduct interviews, draft correspondence, and communicate HR policies fluently in both languages. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during hiring processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates via social media management and cold calling strategies. Experience in sales or lead generation activities related to talent acquisition is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in employee orientation and employee evaluation processes.
