The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions while effectively communicating with candidates in both English and Spanish. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, employment labor laws, and the ability to engage with diverse talent pools. The Bilingual Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet our organizational needs. Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Utilize various HR sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process. Provide training development support for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems like Lever. Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and promote our employer brand. Requirements Proven experience in human resources or recruiting, preferably in a bilingual capacity. Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in recruitment. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, as it enhances candidate engagement skills. Strong communication skills in both English and another language (Spanish preferred). Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
