Overview:
Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring goals. Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist with offer preparation and support final offer negotiations. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data in internal systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarding-related activities and issues. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed, compliant, and properly filed. Send new hire welcome packets including payroll forms, I-9s, benefits information, and company policies. Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and DOT physicals (if applicable). Prepare new hires for their first day, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Professional requirements Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR onboarding. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes. Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws, onboarding compliance, and hiring best practices.
