This position plays a critical role in attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our continued growth across multiple states. Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through onboarding. Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, social media, trade schools, and workforce programs. Recruit for field and operational positions. Candidate evaluations conduct phone screenings Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records. Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities. Support workforce planning and recruiting strategy development. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.
