We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support hiring efforts for corporate functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across accounting, finance, HR, IT, legal, marketing, security, strategy, and related business functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing and relationship-building skills who can deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience while partnering closely with leadership teams to drive hiring initiatives.Job Duties:
Manage full lifecycle recruiting for corporate function roles from sourcing through offer stage Partner with HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans Source, screen, and evaluate qualified internal and external candidates for a variety of corporate positions Provide labor market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and market feedback Deliver a high-touch, "white glove" candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process Develop and execute recruiting strategies that support diversity and inclusion initiatives Promote company culture and employer brand to prospective candidates Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and internal recruitment policies and procedures Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and urgencyQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 7+ years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience required Manufacturing industry recruiting experience preferred Strong sourcing and headhunting experience required Experience recruiting for corporate roles ranging from entry-level through Senior Director level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex,Similar jobs in Austin, TX
