Job Description
Tesla is looking for an exceptional Skilled Trades Recruiter to join R&D and Energy Manufacturing Infrastructure organization. We hire top talent responsible for building the "machine that builds the machine". Recruiting at Tesla is challenging as hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work we are doing is exciting and highly impactful to our mission. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders Take a data-driven approach to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategy and interview process; own recruiting process end to end Identify, attract, and hire top talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc) Provide an excellent candidate interview experience 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment Evidence of exceptional ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to successfully manage an average of 15+ individual reqs Ability to understand complex compensation packages and convey it in a digestible way to candidates Ability to create and maintain a healthy relationships across all functions of the company Ability to work in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
