Job Description

We're growing fast and looking for a driven, people-focused Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Position Summary As a Staffing Recruiter , you'll own the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing top talent to successfully placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality matches that drive their success. Key Responsibilities Source and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies. Conduct engaging phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Partner with clients to deeply understand their staffing needs, company culture, and expectations. Write and post compelling, candidate-attracting job descriptions across multiple platforms. Keep candidates informed and excited throughout the process with timely updates and feedback. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future openings Manage recruitment activity and candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and your internal team.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, or administrative roles Work Environment & Schedule Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM , Monday-Friday. Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends to support clients and candidates. Some travel to client sites or job fairs as needed. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
