HR Recruiter

Are you a recruitment rockstar with a passion for people and hospitality? Sobremesa Hospitality Management is on the hunt for an awesome HR Recruiter to join our team! If you love connecting with great talent and helping them find their perfect fit, this is the role for you. You'll be the go-to person for bringing in fantastic new team members, from finding amazing candidates to helping them settle in. You'll work closely with our HR Manager and other hiring teams to make sure we've got the best people on board to help us grow. What you'll be doing: Finding and hiring amazing talent: You'll manage the whole hiring journey, from spotting potential candidates to welcoming them to the team.

Building our talent network:

Get out there and connect with awesome folks to build a pipeline of future stars.

Keeping things organized:

Use our systems to track candidates and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Teaming up:

Work with hiring managers to make sure we find the perfect match for every role.

Representing us at events:

Help out with job fairs and other events to show off what makes Sobremesa great.

Welcoming new hires:

Help new team members get settled and excited about their journey with us.

Keeping it compliant:

Make sure all our hiring activities follow the rules and regulations. What you'll need: High School Diploma/GED. At least 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least a year in restaurants or hospitality. Experience with interviews and onboarding. Awesome communication and people skills. Super organized and great at juggling tasks. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and/or Gsuite.

Bonus points if you have:

A Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field. Experience with social media recruiting. Knowledge of background checks and employment forms.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
