This is not an administrative HR role. This is talent acquisition with a sales mindset. What You'll Do (Your Mission) Build the Talent Pipeline Source motivated candidates through: LinkedIn Indeed Social media networking events military/community outreach referrals and recruiting campaigns Identify High Performers Conduct 5-10 video interviews daily to evaluate: competitiveness coachability communication skills grit and work ethic leadership potential Manage Recruiting Operations Maintain organization inside our ATS and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
