Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Coppell, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for various roles.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and alignment with the organization's values and culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate documentation of candidate information.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate recruitment-related reports and analyze data for process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to foster a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during all recruitment activities.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of the recruitment process. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies and techniques to identify top talent.
- Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems for managing candidate information.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of recruitment regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
