You're an established Recruiter, experienced in recruiting at all levels of the organization. You have the flexibility to recruit for multiple business lines, can set priorities, and can easily shift your focus between positions. You have experience coaching hiring managers, problem solving, and making independent decisions. What You'll Do:
You will develop relationships with prospective candidates while nurturing ongoing relationships within the company. You'll carry out effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract a highly qualified, diverse pool of talent. As a collaborative partner, you will consult with hiring managers to understand business needs, build effective candidate pipelines, and facilitate the selection process for a variety of positions. Assist with job description creation Manage requisitions from posting to hire Daily upkeep of candidate and requisition statuses in the ATS Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews Provide daily support for multiple hiring managers including interview scheduling, process management, and regular progress follow up, etc. Exhibit a knowledge of the legal requirements related to the hiring and management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance Communicate frequently and professionally at all levels of the organization Process background checks, drug screen orders, and reference checks Present offer letter to successful candidates Continually source and attract top talent for various roles in multiple states Assist with social media, job boards, and recruitment marketing Participate in projects and other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field At least 3 years of recruiting experience Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking software Excellent time management and prioritization skills Able to maintain varying requisition loads Skilled in prioritizing work and multi-tasking Highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing Proficient in planning, organizing, and effectively managing multiple assignments and competing priorities Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and trust with clients, peers, and candidates Detail oriented with high level of accuracy Able to work with highly confidential and sensitive data Recognize and provide good customer service (internal/external) Able to work under pressure and remain calm, focused, and professional Must possess good interpersonal skills, be dependable, resourceful, flexible, and a team player Excellent organizational skills, time management, prioritization, and drive for success Experience recruiting hourly roles and/or 24/7 Call center operators is preferred
