Position Overview The Talent Partner owns end-to-end recruitment for assigned clinic locations, supporting hiring across clinical and operations roles. This individual serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles to support BasePoint's mission and growth. What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and operations roles Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and university partnerships Conduct phone screens and assess candidates for skill, culture, and team fit Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance Partnership with Leadership Partner with Executive Directors, Clinical Managers, and hiring leaders across assigned locations Provide guidance on hiring strategy, candidate market conditions, and time-to-fill expectations Collaborate on job descriptions, interview design, and hiring processes Community Engagement & Events Represent BasePoint at career fairs, university events, and hiring events Build relationships with counseling, social work, and healthcare programs Support hiring initiatives for new clinic openings and high-growth locations Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system Partner with HR for smooth onboarding and pre-employment processes Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare hiring standards What We're Looking For 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred) Experience recruiting clinical or licensed roles Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions (8-15 at a time) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Willingness to travel locally to clinic locations and events Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
