We help clients make the right hires for the roles that keep operations moving, delivering a disciplined, high-touch approach across frontline leadership, site and plant management, technical and engineering, sales, and essential back-office functions. Position Overview ScoutEPC is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in industrial sectors to support our growing client base. This role partners closely with Account Managers to deliver high-quality talent across both retained and contingent search engagements. The ideal candidate is resourceful, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational goals Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles across industrial sectors Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, social media platforms, job boards, and direct outreach (cold calling) Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive relationship management techniques Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and employment eligibility Manage both retained and contingent searches with a high level of professionalism and urgency Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within oil & gas, manufacturing, industrial, or medical device industries Proven ability to successfully fill roles in both retained and contingent search environments Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including cold outreach Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for talent acquisition Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics
