DATAMARK
as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and contribute your expertise in a role where your impact truly matters! The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, vetting, and presenting qualified and suitable candidates for consideration in support of direct Non-Exempt/hourly staffing needs for our Contact Center and Back Office Operations. Primarily Partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition on policy, processes, initiatives, and special projects Responsible for executing the recruiting strategy using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, to effectively identify and engage qualified candidates for the jobs at assigned site(s) Effectively utilizes the Talent Acquisition toolkit to identify the best talent Develop and maintain recruiting networks and relationships with various colleges, career centers, and talent pipelines Foster a strong candidate experience through proactive pipeline engagement, and ensure consistent communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job duties and requirements Attend seminars, networking, and industry events to expand talent acquisition knowledge, and gather best practices from hiring managers Requirements
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Field Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
Other Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish Must have in-depth knowledge of the industry in which they recruit; this may include having previously worked in the industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken, written, and presentation) and be able to build relationships Prior experience working with ATS (applicant tracking systems) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook) Ability to communicate with, support, and maintain relationships with employees across all levels of the organization Ability to deal with competing priorities and to manage time appropriately Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality Ability to effectively work and collaborate with a diverse, international workforce in a global cultural environment Excellent relationship management and influencing ability to gain support and commitment for shared projects Ability to exercise extensive and independent judgment to plan work, review results, and accomplish goals Benefits
