is seeking to hire an On-Site Representative for Manufacturing plant. Bilingual (Spanish) Required. What you'll do, You'll assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on administrative tasks and candidate engagement, while supporting Management in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, all while promoting a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support and work on client site when needed Manage and maintain applicant tracking Post job ads on various platforms (job boards, social media). Handle initial candidate communication, including confirming applications and sending rejection emails. Coordinate interviews for in person on-site. Assist with paperwork, such as offer letters and onboarding.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts, using various tools and platforms. Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and preliminary interviews. Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with hiring managers on-site to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Assist with recruitment events and career fairs.
Other Duties:
Maintain accurate records and attendance reports. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) . Able to travel within zip codes 79932, 79924 and 79903. Excellent organizational and time management skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask . Attention to detail and accuracy . Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers .
