Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working with people, and is driven by meeting metrics and KPIs. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and review resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with candidates Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals and KPIs Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes Utilize recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Bullhorn) Maintain detailed tracking using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle Qualifications 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience required Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proven ability to meet metrics, quotas, and KPIs Strong phone presence and communication skills Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience with Bullhorn or other ATS systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Self-motivated and results-driven Attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude
