Not specified in the job description or bullhorn fields System One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Freeport, TX for a contract opportunity. Responsibilities Support the recruiting team by proactively sourcing talent, building relationships, and expediting the onboarding process. Partner with Talent Acquisitions Recruiters to develop strategies supporting current and upcoming staffing needs. Develop detailed job descriptions, screening questions, and tool lists specific to positions based on scope of work. Source candidates from multiple internal and external pools. Screen candidates to ensure qualification for positions to be filled. Maintain candidate pools by departments and geographic regions. Recruit and assist hiring managers with offers of employment to qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment. Schedule individuals for processing and orientation. Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions. Attend job fairs and other industry events. Perform other duties as assigned. Level I Specialist will typically be responsible for craft worker sourcing. Level II Specialist will typically be responsible for professional/indirect/office administration sourcing. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or HR administrative experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and flexible, able to deal with changing priorities. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under time constraints. Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance (preferred). Experience in administration, customer service, human resources, industrial construction, and/or nuclear industries (preferred).
