HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Houston, Texas. This role requires a proactive individual who can expertly manage high-volume recruitment for both operational and detail oriented positions. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate and support hiring events to attract individuals with relevant experience for various roles.
• Collaborate with HR managers and department leaders to ensure timely scheduling and completion of interviews.
• Travel occasionally to sister locations to assist with recruitment efforts as needed.
• Maintain organized records of applicants and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to address staffing needs and reduce turnover in manufacturing environments.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Proactively follow up with hiring managers to ensure prompt decision-making and effective communication.
• Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CareerBuilder to source top-tier candidates.
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company hiring standards.
