Job Description

Workplace Type:
On-Site The Recruiting team plays a vital role in helping children receive the care they deserve by hiring skilled nursing professionals to support Angels of Care's clients. This is a fast‑paced role perfect for driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, thinking creatively, and moving quickly to make things happen. The Recruiting Admin (RA) serves as the central hub of the recruiting network and is a critical part of the daily workflow. The RA ensures consistent and efficient communication between branch locations and the recruiting team. This role offers ongoing learning and growth opportunities, along with the chance to live our HALOS values (Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, Speed) while supporting families across the communities we serve. In this role, you will: Model Angels of Care processes, procedures, and HALOS values in daily work and candidate interactions. Assist with candidate sourcing through various methods, including social media. Schedule interviews and orientations for prospective employees for new and current clients. Perform data entry in required systems and programs. Follow the full cycle of the hiring process to ensure nurses successfully begin their first week of shifts. Partner with recruiters to ensure a smooth, timely, and complete hiring process from first contact to first shift worked. Support candidate flow through the hiring process by managing the applicant tracking system and job boards, as well as actively headhunting nurses.
Qualifications:
