Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles. Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage applicant tracking systems. Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations; facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs; provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and employee evaluation strategies. Skills Extensive experience with talent acquisition tools. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices. Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates effectively. Proven ability in negotiation tactics for extending offers that meet both candidate expectations and organizational goals. Skilled in conducting interviews using structured techniques; adept at assessing candidate potential. Familiarity with HR functions including employee orientation, employee relations, training & development programs. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
