Human Resources Recruiter

Overview The Human Resources Recruiter oversees the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience that fills vacancies with qualified talent.

Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Acquisition :

Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates

Screening & Evaluation :

Review resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.

Hiring Management :

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the interview process.

Offer Negotiation :

Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and closing candidates.

Administrative Tasks :

Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), update candidate records, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company as a great place to work to attract top talent.

Onboarding :

Handling the onboarding process and coordinating with hiring managers and safety department to ensure that all hiring paperwork is completed.

Records :

Regular audit of employee files and maintaining policy and procedures. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting, human resources or talent acquisition Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms Strong time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
