This role focuses on high-volume hiring for general staffing, event security and event staff. If you're competitive, organized, and thrive under pressure — we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Source and recruit candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, and outreach Screen and interview field employees as they come in Verify licenses, certifications, and work eligibility Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for large events and seasonal surges Manage onboarding and ensure paperwork is completed accurately Fill last-minute call-offs and urgent staffing needs Communicate daily with operations about staffing priorities What We're Looking For 1+ year recruiting or staffing experience preferred High-volume hiring experience a plus Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a sense of urgency Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required Compensation & Perks Competitive base pay Performance bonuses Growth opportunities Supportive team environment KT Black Staffing is a growing agency specializing in skilled trades, security, event staff, and general labor.
