$50,000.00 Job Description Rogue Industrial Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruiting and human resources. No prior recruiting experience is required — training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting efforts for various positions Review applications and resumes Communicate with candidates regarding opportunities Schedule interviews and maintain candidate information Support the recruiting team with day-to-day hiring needs Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn Organized and dependable Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment No experience needed — training will be available.
