Must have the ability to work under pressure, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment which requires you take on multiple tasks at once, act with a sense of urgency at all times. Shifts available:
Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm, off Saturday and Sunday Tuesday-Friday 11pm-8pm, Saturday 8am-5pm,
Off Sunday and Monday Duties:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Conduct virtual and in-person hiring events
  • Hiring for multiple positions, entities, geographical areas.
  • Multitasking and time management by being able to prioritize tasks, knowing when to delegate, and being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and job boards to manage candidate information
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
  • Conduct pre-employment drug screens on candidates
  • Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct cold calling and networking activities to build a pool of qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems such Workforce, Paycor and Employee Navigator
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Completing paperwork for new hires
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
