Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent across various departments. Your expertise in talent management, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement will help shape our organization's future. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative recruitment initiatives, leverage cutting-edge ATS platforms, and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates alike. Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including both field and office personnel. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Paycom and Indeed.com Conduct thorough interviews, employing effective communication skills to assess candidate fit and potential Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent acquisition support Source candidates through HR sourcing techniques, social media management, cold calling, and research to generate a robust talent pipeline Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure seamless integration of new hires Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles Maintain accurate records within HRIS platforms. Stay informed on industry trends in HR sourcing, employment law updates, and best practices in talent acquisition Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles with a focus on recruiting across multiple functions including oilfield service personnel Strong familiarity ATS systems such as Paycom Demonstrated ability in negotiation and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices Experience with social media management tools for sourcing candidates effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through various channels Background in training & development programs related to onboarding or employee growth initiatives is a plus Join us as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to make a meaningful impact by connecting talented individuals with their ideal careers!
