This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting activities and partner closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in recruiting within construction, utilities, engineering, industrial services, or technical field-service environments. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry outreach Build and maintain pipelines for field and technical positions including electrical testing technicians, relay technicians, project managers, and operations personnel Coordinate and schedule interviews and candidate communications Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting documentation Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, and social media/job posting efforts Attend recruiting events, career fairs, and industry networking opportunities as needed Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting within construction, utilities, engineering, industrial services, energy, or technical industries preferred Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills Experience managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational leaders High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for skilled trades, field service, or technical electrical positions Familiarity with recruiting across the U.S. and Canada Experience supporting high-growth or multi-state organizations
