Clinical Trial Enroller Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30PM Pay:
$18/hourLocation:
Richardson, TX Job Summary Gain experience in clinical research! Our client is seeking Clinical Research Recruiters to support patient enrollment efforts for clinical studies. This role is responsible for identifying, screening, and scheduling potential study participants while maintaining accurate recruitment data and collaborating closely with study coordinators to meet enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities Recruit potential study participants through incoming calls, outbound calls, and text‑based outreach platforms Conduct phone screening interviews in accordance with protocol‑specific inclusion and exclusion criteria Accurately document participant eligibility, exclusions, and screening outcomes Partner closely with Clinical Research Coordinators to support recruitment goals and determine participant eligibility Schedule screening visits and complete reminder calls and outreach Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment data using internal databases and tracking tools Follow established recruitment policies and procedures for participant tracking and compliance Support recruitment strategy development, action plans, and scheduling as needed Provide weekly recruitment status updates and metrics to leadership Maintain an active pipeline of potential participants, even when no study is actively enrolling Attend required study meetings, including pre‑study and post‑study meetings Review and understand assigned study protocols Escalate critical findings, trends, or concerns to the Recruitment Manager Assist with ad hoc projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED verification Strong communication and phone‑based interviewing skills Ability to follow detailed protocols and document accurately Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
