About the role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across multiple functions within a growing manufacturing organization. This is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across accounting, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Sourcing & Pipeline Development Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Proactively identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Candidate Experience Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain timely communication and follow-ups Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection Hiring Coordination & Reporting Track hiring progress and maintain accurate recruiting data Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination Support improvements in recruiting processes and workflows Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-5 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency) Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferred Experience hiring for accounting, operations, or manufacturing roles is a plus Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with ATS or HR systems preferred Results-driven with a sense of urgency The pay range for this role is: 60,000 - 75,000 USD per year(AstraNova)
