Richardson, TX Possible 4-6 months contract to hire. Role Mandate Own the client. Drive delivery. Protect quality. Be the single point of accountability between client demand and execution. Role Description What This Role Owns Client Interface (non-negotiable) Act as the primary SPOC for client stakeholders Manage expectations across demand, timelines, and quality Run governance cadence (weekly / monthly reviews) Build long-term trust to drive repeat business Demand to Delivery Ownership Convert client requirements into actionable hiring / delivery plans Drive the end-to-end pipeline: submissions interviews closures Ensure speed, quality, and fit of talent delivered Escalate risks early and drive quick resolution Delivery & Quality Control Ensure SLA adherence (TAT, quality, compliance) Own issue resolution end-to-end Prevent delivery surprises through proactive communication
