The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for data centers, fiber optics, telecommunications, structured cabling, and network infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit technical professionals for data center projects Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other sourcing channels Support high-volume hiring across multiple project locations Roles You'll Recruit For Fiber Optic Technicians Fiber Splicers Structured Cabling Technicians Fiber Testing Technicians Rack & Stack Technicians Data Center Technicians Smart Hands Technicians Network Engineers Site Supervisors Field Engineers Qualifications 3+ years of technical recruiting experience Experience recruiting for Data Centers, Telecommunications, Fiber Optics, Structured Cabling, or Network Infrastructure Strong sourcing and screening skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment Preferred Experience supporting Hyperscale Data Center projects Existing network of technicians and engineers Experience recruiting for cloud, colocation, or large-scale infrastructure projects
