Job Description
Description Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and help attract, source, and hire top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities + Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers + Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring goals + Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms + Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach + Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates + Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments + Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams + Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system + Support employment branding and recruitment marketing efforts + Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process + Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires + Monitor recruiting metrics and provide status updates to management + Stay informed on labor market trends and recruiting best practices + Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies Requirements Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred + 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred + Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills + Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements + Excellent organization and time management skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems + Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Professionalism, discretion, and strong decision-making skills TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
