Talent Sourcer/Recruiter
Location:
San Antonio, TX
Duration:
6 months to begin with the possibility of extension

Overview:
The Talent Sourcer serves as a strategic partner to Executive Recruiting, responsible for building and engaging high-caliber leadership pipelines aligned to current and future business priorities. This role integrates market intelligence, proactive talent mapping, and consultative candidate engagement to supportplex, high-impact searches while strengthening candidate slates and delivering a consistent, executive-level candidate experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
  • Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
  • Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
  • Experience supporting high volume roles preferred Talent Sourcer/Recruiter Other (explain)
