March 2026 Position Summary The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support staffing needs across all Complete Care facilities and the corporate office. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles Post and manage all open positions across job boards and internal platforms Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and candidate flow Utilize Paycor Recruiting (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows (experience preferred, not required) Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding candidate status, timelines, and hiring progress Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Manage pre-employment processes, including background checks through AssureHire and ensuring timely completion Ensure all required documentation, licenses, and certifications are collected and verified Promote Complete Care's employer brand to attract and engage high-quality candidates Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed Performance Standards Build and maintain strong applicant pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach Develop a clear understanding of role requirements through collaboration with hiring managers Attract qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies and job postings Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and organizational fit Effectively utilize ATS systems to maintain accurate data and support reporting needs Meet established hiring goals, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire expectations Maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies, including EEO guidelines Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational hiring objectives Essential Functions & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Experience with Paycor Recruiting or similar ATS platforms preferred Experience coordinating background checks (AssureHire or similar vendor experience preferred) High level of professionalism and comfort interacting with candidates and leadership Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to manage high-volume recruiting with a sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments preferred, but not required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)Similar jobs in Southlake, TX
